Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Translation: Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said: whoever sees something that amazes/pleases him, then says “Mashallah Laa Quwwata Illa Billah” the evil eye will not afflict him. (Ibn Sunni – 207)[1]
Imam Nawawi Rahimahullah states that one can also say the following to protect against the evil eye.[2]
Translation: “O Allah, bless him and protect him from harm”
Therefore, one should make dua for the good things he sees with or on others and he may use the words above or any other similar words.
