Question
AssalamuAlaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu
Is it permissible for men to remove chest hair , either shave or wax ?
Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
It is permissible for men to remove the hair from the chest, thighs, arms, and other limbs by either shaving or waxing.[1] It is worth noting that men’s hair might regrow thicker and prove to be a cumbersome task to keep removing in the future.
