Question
Mufti shb is this a hadeeth or an amal that after making wudhu read surat ul qadar ina anzal na ….. whilst looking in the skies
So ALLAH will give u mukml shifa in your eyes wether a person has got glasses or any other sickness in his or her eyes
Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The commentators of Hadeeth have stated that the Narration mentioning the virtue of reciting Surah Al Qadr has no basis. [1]
However, the Jurists have stated that one may recite the Surah without attributing it to the narration and regarding it to be Sunnah. [2]

وكذا قراءة سورة {إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ} عقب الوضوء لا أصل له، وإن رأيت في المقدمة المنسوبة للإمام أبي الليث من الحنفية إيراده مما الظاهر إدخاله فيها من غيره، وهو أيضا مفوت سننه

لم يثبت حديث صحيح في قراءة سورة القدر عقب الوضوء
وقال العجلوني في كشف الخفاء رقم “2566”: لا أصل له

ومن الآداب أن یقرأ بعد الفراغ من الوضوء سورۃ ’’إنا أنزلناه ‘‘ مرۃ أو مرتین أو ثلاثا کذا توارث عن السلف، وروی في ذلک آثار لا بأس بها في الفضائل

ومن النوافل ايضا ان يقرا بعد الفراغ من الوضوء سورة اما انزلناه في اثر الوضوء غفر الله له ذنوبه خمسين سنة
