Question
Salaams are we allowed to use hair straightening creams for hair and beard?
Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
It is permissible to utilise hair straightening creams on condition that such products do not contain any Haraam ingredients.[1]

والادهان والترجيل سنة (والترجيل: تسريح الشعر بالمشط). وفي الحديث: ((من كان له شعر فليكرمه)) أي بالتدهين والترجيل والتنظيف بالغسل، ولا يتركه متفرقا متوسخا.
