Question
Can we buy Phoenix comprehensive Takaful insurance?
Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
A Takaful scheme that is implemented in the correct manner is permissible to subscribe to.
Unfortunately, we have not perused the relevant contracts and documents of the specific scheme in reference, therefore, we cannot comment on it.
