Question
Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. Hope and pray mufti sahib is well.
Came across takāful scheme by phoenix insurance company. Wanted to find out if it’s permissible to take part?

The Darul Iftaa has not analysed the relevant documentation and contracts involved in the scheme in reference. As such, we cannot comment on its shari’ah compliance.
