Question
Salaams, I have a question regarding hair transplant on head.
Is it permissible?
Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Baldness is a defect. As such, a transplant to remove said defect is permissible provided one’s own hair is utilised.[1]
