As salam alaikum Wa RahmatuAllah.
Kindly advise on whether we are allowed to put on jewelry of such designs.
Is it any way related to any christian ideology, belief or symbol(s)?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Three and four leaf clovers (also known as Shamrocks) as well as depictions of it are considered to be lucky charms. There is a deeper symbolism wherein each leaf is said to represent faith, hope, love, and in the case of four-leaf clovers, the fourth symbolises luck. It is historically tied to the celts of Ireland and features heavily in their folklore and is taken as a symbol till today.[1]
A Muslim is sensitive regarding his/her faith. Anything that opposes the pure message of Islam is not treated lightly. Therefore, it is not permissible to wear jewellery with shamrocks or four leaf clovers on them.
