Increasing a commission sale price

Question

Slmz,
Wanted to find out please,
In islam,
If you have told someone to find customers for you and you will give them a commission,is it possible for you to raise your selling price to maintain the same profit you were intending to keep and covering up for the commission you are going to give?
For example,if your normal selling price of something is k200,you tell someone to find you a customer and you will give him k50,is it permissible to raise the price to k250 to maintain the same amount of profit you were intending to keep or the commission has to come from the initial intended(k200) selling price?
Is it also permissible in this case for the person getting the commission to accept the commission if the price is going to increase?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

As the seller, you have the right to stipulate whatever price you want. If you want to factor the commission into your cost, and then add your markup, that is permissible.[1] The commission will also be permissible for the recipient.

الهداية في شرح بداية المبتدي (3/ 56) [1]

قال: “المرابحة نقل ما ملكه بالعقد الأول بالثمن الأول مع زيادة ربح، والتولية نقل ما ملكه بالعقد الأول بالثمن الأول من غير زيادة ربح” والبيعان جائزان؛ لاستجماع شرائط الجواز، والحاجة ماسة إلى هذا النوع من البيع؛ لأن الغبي الذي لا يهتدي في التجارة يحتاج إلى أن يعتمد فعل الذكي المهتدي وتطيب نفسه بمثل ما اشترى وبزيادة ربح فوجب القول بجوازهما، ولهذا كان مبناهما على الأمانة والاحتراز عن الخيانة وعن شبهتها، وقد صح أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لما أراد الهجرة ابتاع أبو بكر رضي الله عنه بعيرين فقال له النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: “ولني أحدهما”، فقال: هو لك بغير شيء، فقال عليه الصلاة والسلام: “أما بغير ثمن فلا”
