Intercourse after Tawaaf Ziyaarah during Hajj

Assalam ww
Hope you are well
As i am in hajj..i went for tawaf e ziyarah after praying asr at my hotel and after performing the tawaf i prayed the two rakats between asr and maghrib which i realised just now and i performed my tawaf e ziyarah on 10th zul hijjah. Do we have to give a dum cause we thought we are both husband wife halaal on each other

Please advise me further on this situation

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Intercourse becomes permissible after one has performed the tawaf ziyaarah. Therefore, no damm is necessary. It is makrooh albeit valid to perform the two rakaats of tawaf after asr salah.
