السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Pray all is well
Wanted to ask a question that if a 7 month pregnant lady do not pray taraweeh is it fine?

Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Taraweeh is sunnah muakkadah. As such, it cannot be omitted without valid excuse. Due to pregnancy, one can read taraweeh whilst seated on a chair. This should provide sufficient relief.
If the situation is such that one cannot move much at all without a lot of difficulty, then there is leeway to only perform as many rakaats as one can manage, then leave the rest. However, this is seldom the case. Most pregnant women manage to perform salah whilst seated.
