Hurmat al musahara

Question

i am anxious accidentally touched my father i felt something in private parts and something wierd in heart i was scared of thinking about lust and then  i thought about lust.

Has hurmat occured?

Like i was not actively thinking sexual nor do i have any sexual attraction to my dad.

Since i have known about hurmat when i touch i deliberately feel something bad , my mind make up lust feeling. Its not toward my father or anyone in general. But the feeling is there for a very brief moment but our hands were touching.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Hurmatul Musahara has not occurred. Shaytan is playing tricks on you. Lust does not come in the heart with regards to one’s parents.
