Licking lips and swallowing saliva whilst fasting

Question
I licked my lips whilst fasting but was unsure if I swallowed the saliva like thing on my lips. Does this invalidate fast as it was done unintentionally?
I keep and overthinking and getting thoughts that everything I may do may break my fast what should I do ?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Licking one’s own saliva does not invalidate the fast. Your fast is intact.
One should avoid gathering saliva in the mouth and swallow it.[1]
