Can a wife enhance her body for her husband?

Question
Asalam Alaykum how are you ? Is it haram or makrooh at all for one’s wife to please her husband by adorning and enhancing her size of hips through exercising , and enlarging her breasts and nipples without surgery through breast pumps and taking estrogen increasing supplements like fenugreek and growth hormone increasing supplement amino acids which all are halal and safe completely ? Would any of such cause the risk of other men to stare at her in public ?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Marriage is the means with which believing men and women protect themselves against fitnah and corruption. Each spouse desires that their counterpart appeals to them and appears beautiful and handsome to them. This is important for a healthy marriage provided the laws of the Shari’ah are not transgressed.
It is permissible for the wife to enhance her body via exercise, diet etc. Similarly, she may utilize tools to enhance herself provided they do not permanently alter her body as is the case with surgery. It is also permissible to take supplements provided they are halal.[1]
A woman must cover herself in modest clothing which does not expose her shape to any onlooker whenever she needs to venture out. She is only halal for the eyes of her husband. This is the default rule.

وأما من اختضب لأجل التزين للنساء والجواري فقد منع من ذلك بعض العلماء رحمهم الله تعالى والأصح أنه لا بأس به، هو مروي عن أبي يوسف – رحمه الله تعالى – قال: كما يعجبني أن تتزين لي يعجبها أن أتزين لها،

(قوله خضاب شعره ولحيته) لا يديه ورجليه فإنه مكروه للتشبه بالنساء (قوله والأصح أنه – عليه الصلاة والسلام – لم يفعله) لأنه لم يحتج إليه، لأنه توفي ولم يبلغ شيبه عشرين شعرة في رأسه ولحيته، بل كان سبع عشرة كما في البخاري وغيره. وورد: أن أبا بكر – رضي الله عنه – خضب بالحناء والكتم مدني (قوله ويكره بالسواد) أي لغير الحرب.
قال في الذخيرة: أما الخضاب بالسواد للغزو، ليكون أهيب في عين العدو فهو محمود بالاتفاق وإن ليزين نفسه للنساء فمكروه، وعليه عامة المشايخ، وبعضهم جوزه بلا كراهة روي عن أبي يوسف أنه قال: كما يعجبني أن تتزين لي يعجبها أن أتزين لها

قال الشيخ العلامة المفتي تقي العثماني: والحاصل أن كل ما يفعل في الجسم من زيادة أو نقص من أجل الزينة بما يجعل الزيادة أو النقصان مستمرا مع الجسم وبما يبدو منه أنه كان في أصل الحلقة هكذا؛ فانه تلبيس وتغيير منهي عنه. واما ما تزينت به المرأة لزوجها من تحمير الايدي او الشفاه او العارضين بما لا يلتبس بأصل الخلقة فانه ليس داخلا في النهي عند جمهور العلماء وأما قطع الاصبع الزائدة ونحوها فإنه ليس تغييرا خلق الله وإنه من قبيل إزالة عيب او مرض فأجازه أكثر العلماء خلافا لبعضه
