Question
. Can wife get annulment if the husband hasn’t had any intimacy with her since 4 months and more . How can she maintain her Chasity if she can’t get a divorce.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Physical intimacy is a right of both, husband and wife equally.
It is incorrect to deprive the wife of her intimate needs without a valid reason.
The jurists have stated that it is obligatory for the husband to have intercourse with his wife, so that she is able to maintain her chastity. [1]
You enquire if the wife can annul the marriage due to failure of intimacy. Why hasn’t the husband had intimate relations with his wife? What is the reason?
Perhaps you are referring to the concept of Eee’la.
Eee’la is where a husband vows not to have intercourse with his wife for four months. In that instance, a Talaaq baain takes place upon the expiry of four months if the husband does not have intercourse with the wife before that.
There are certain scenarios where a wife may apply for an annulment of the marriage to an Islamic court or a Judicial body.
