Question
Assalamualaikum
Is oral sex permissible using a condom ?
Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The need for intimacy between spouses is natural. However, it should be fulfilled with shame, modesty and dignity.
The term oral sex covers a wide range of activities, from simply kissing the genitalia to the actual taking in and swallowing of sexual fluids. As such, the Islamic ruling will depend on what exactly is entailed by this term. [1]
(a) Licking and swallowing impure or filthy substances:
It is strictly prohibited to intentionally swallow filthy and impure substances or to introduce them into the mouth. This includes all male and female genital excretions and sexual fluids such as urine, pre-ejaculatory fluid (Madhi), semen (Mani) and Wadi.
(b) Kissing and caressing each other’s genitalia, without swallowing any impure or filthy substances:
If the couple gently kiss each other’s genitalia without any fear or likelihood of consuming sexual fluids, for example by using a condom then it will be permissible although disliked. [2]

پہلا عمل بلا کراہت جائز ہے، اور دوسرے عمل کی بھی گنجائش ہے، لیکن بعض فقھاء نے اس کو مکروہ کہا ہے۔

اگر وہ صحبت کی درخواست کرنے میں شرم محسوس کرے اور شہوت سے مغلوب ہو کر مرد کے عضو مخصوص کو منہ میں لے لے تو معذوری ہے لیکن اس کی عادت کرلینا مکروہ ہے۔
